After a long fermentation, this White Batavia Arrack from By The Dutch is pot distilled from sugar cane molasses on the Indonesian island of Java. It is aged in vast teak wooden vats for up to 12 months before being mixed and bottled in Amsterdam.

Tasting note: With flavours of papaya, lemon, fresh sugar cane, warming black pepper, and vanilla, the palate is light and tropical.
