Weingut Eymann is a superb, family-owned, organic winery from the Germany’s Pfalz region, farmed organically from the outset and biodynamically since 2006.

Undoubtedly one of the most respected growers, Eymann source the Riesling grapes for Gonnheimer from sites on the River Mosel side near to the renowned Bernkastel.

Tasting Note:
A lusciously ripe but dry Riesling with piercing acidity counterpointed with flavours of ageing on the lees.
