Midleton Barry Crockett is a rare single pot still whiskey named after the celebrated Master Distiller, who hand-selected each cask to create this exceptional blend. The whiskey is aged in American oak barrels, which impart a gentle sweetness and a touch of vanilla to the liquid. On the nose, there are notes of tropical fruits and toasted oak, while on the palate, the flavours of orchard fruits and caramel are balanced by a subtle hint of spice. The finish is long and smooth, leaving a pleasant warmth and a lingering savour of oak and spice.
