Uncle Val’s Restorative Gin

August Sebastiani, proprietor of the Uncle Val brand, is originally from Italy, but migrated to California to pursue a career in the wine industry, which led to a career in gin. Uncle Val's Restorative Gin contains lavender and sage in addition to the standard juniper and lemon.

Tasting note: At first sip, the piney juniper almost sings. It's vivid and energising.  It's a little more flowery, yet with a hint of sweet lime zest.
