Waterford Grattansbrook 1.1 Whiskey is an Irish single malt crafted by the Waterford Distillery. The name of this whiskey is a nod to the local Grattansbrook river, which runs by the distillery, and the surrounding fields that provide the barley for the whiskey. Aged in a mix of French and American oak, this whiskey boasts a rich and complex character with notes of lemon zest, vanilla, fresh herbs, and a hint of black pepper. The palate is full-bodied with a creamy texture and flavours of ripe tropical fruits, honey, and a subtle nuttiness.
