Esprit de Figues is a French liqueur made from actual figs. The hallmark serve is a Esprit de Fizz, which is light and fruity, sweet but not syrupy or sickly, and is made by adding 30ml to a glass of sparkling wine.

Tasting note: The earthy figs are incredibly flavorful, sweet without being syrupy or sickening, and blend beautifully with hints of raspberry jam, vanilla, and honey.
